These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of games, software, websites, AI services, and related products ("Services") provided by KomodoBit Games ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, use our services, or submit data for AI processing.

Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using our Services.

If we discover that an account has been created by a minor, it will be deleted without notice.

2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to:

Violent, threatening, or harassing content

Racist, or discriminatory content of any kind

Content that promotes targeted hate speech, extremism, or real-world violence

Using AI or cloud tools we provide to generate or assist in the creation of such content

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to our services and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Account and Content Responsibility
You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account

Ensuring that any content you upload or submit complies with these Terms

Not impersonating others or providing false information

4. Cloud and AI Features
Some of our products, such as GPT Tools and Exo Mayhem, may utilize third-party AI and cloud services (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud, Firebase, ElevenLabs).

By using these features, you agree that:

Submitted content may be temporarily sent to and processed by these third parties

You retain ownership of your data, but we require a limited license to process it

Processed content and files may be automatically deleted within 30 days

5. Discontinuation of Products
We reserve the right to remove, discontinue, or delist any of our products or services at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

If a product is removed from sale, existing ownership or access rights are determined by the platform holder (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation).

KomodoBit Games is not liable for any platform-specific decisions regarding continued access, refunds, or library retention.

6. Support Policy & User Conduct
We aim to provide fair and helpful support for our products. However, we reserve the right to revoke or refuse support in the following circumstances:

If we experience harassment, abuse, threats, or demeaning behavior from a user

If we feel unsafe or uncomfortable interacting with a user, even if they have paid for a product

In such cases:

If the platform through which the product was purchased allows it, we may initiate a refund at our discretion

Continued access to updates or services tied to the product may also be revoked

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, especially if you:

Violate these Terms or applicable laws

Misuse AI tools or upload prohibited content

Harass developers or support staff

Attempt to circumvent platform or regional restrictions

8. Limitation of Liability
We provide our Services “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Platform-level outages or data loss

Content generated or interpreted by AI features

Third-party service behavior

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from use of or inability to use our Services.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your agreement to the new terms.
