You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Some services may be accessed directly through our platforms; others may be offered via third-party storefronts such as Steam, Epic Games Store, or Fab.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or any applicable laws.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments are processed securely via Stripe and other platforms.

- Direct sales (via Stripe): No refunds unless explicitly authorized by our support staff.

- Third-party platforms (e.g., Steam, Epic, Fab): Refunds are governed by each platform's respective policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Harass, threaten, or abuse others through or in connection with our services.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any of our software.

- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.

Violation of these rules may result in account termination and/or loss of access to KomodoBit products and services.

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

Our services may use or integrate with third-party tools such as:

- Google Analytics, Firebase (data & analytics)

- Stripe (payments)

- Steamworks, Epic Online Services (platform integration)

- Unreal Engine (game engine)

Use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not link to third-party content outside of necessary integrations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, code, and assets provided by KomodoBit Games are the property of KomodoBit Games LLC or its licensors.

Currently, we do not host or support user-generated content. If user content is enabled in the future, the creator will retain ownership, but we reserve the right to remove content that is harmful, illegal, or violates platform guidelines (e.g., unmarked mature content on Steam).

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

KomodoBit Games is not liable for:

- Service interruptions or downtime

- Loss of data, revenue, or business

- Damages caused by third-party platforms or integrations

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse, or legal noncompliance.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
